VisualARQ participará en el congreso SIGraDi 2020, con un taller online de 2 días el 16 y 17 de noviembre de 2020.
SIGraDi, el Congreso anual de la Sociedad Iberoamericana de Gráfica Digital iba a realizarse en la Escuela de Arquitectura y Diseño de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB) en Medellín, Colombia, pero finalmente tendrá lugar en formato virtual.
La temática principal de SIGraDi 2020 se centrará en el diseño transformador, enfatizando el rol crucial del diseño, la arquitectura y las diferentes disciplinas proyectuales para el sostenimiento de la vida, a través de una sinergia con las tecnologías convencionales y disruptivas, propiciando una convergencia equilibrada entre los sistemas naturales y artificiales.
El taller de VisualARQ se centrará en las funciones de Flexible BIM que añade a Rhino, mientras se desarrolla un proyecto en 3D, generando la documentación 2D a partir del mismo, y se entrega un modelo BIM en formato IFC. Se hará una mención especial a como VisualARQ se integra con Grasshopper para automatizar procesos de modelado con objetos BIM, y para generar objetos BIM personalizados a partir de definiciones de Grasshopper.
Además del taller de VisualARQ, SIGraDi ofrece otros talleres usando Rhino y/o Grasshopper relacionados con la temática del congreso, tales como neurociencia, inteligencia artificial, robótica, BIM, biomimética, diseño paramétrico, fabricación, planificación urbana, entre otros.
