If you get the following message after installing VisualARQ: “There is a problem with the Windows Installer package. a DLL required for this install could not be run. Contact your support personnel or product vendor” it means that you need to download or update your windows installer package in your pc. Go to the Windows menu > Control panel > Windows update and install the updates. After that, try to install the latest VisualARQ update. If the problem persists, please contact us.
