This is the project design of architect Javier Castro, developed with Rhino and VisualARQ.
The project features a residential house for social interest, developed using a simple and optimized design that combines prefabricated pillars and concrete blocks as main constructive elements. The simplicity of this modular system helped for the optimization of material and construction needs.
According to Javier Castro, “VisualARQ helped me in the process of design optimization since I could see the changes on the 3D model design and the corresponding 2D drawing references, which let me find solutions more easily in the spatial relations of the project and the proportion of the modular elements”.
