The new version of Rhino is out!
Rhino 8 comes with many features that enhance the user experience across various domains.
In modeling, Rhino has simplified the process with the introduction of PushPull direct editing, providing users with more intuitive and efficient ways to shape their designs. The addition of ShrinkWrap is a game-changer, creating water-tight meshes around open or closed meshes, NURBS geometry, SubD, and Point Clouds. The new SubD Crease control and enhanced Surface Fillets further empower designers with advanced modeling capabilities.
Drawing and illustration are boosted with clipping and sectioning enhancements, a novel Reflected Ceiling Plan, and major linetype improvements. UV mapping is now more user-friendly, providing artists with enhanced tools for precise detailing.
Grasshopper also adds many new components catering to annotations, blocks, materials, user data, and more. A new script editor adds to the developer-friendly features.
Rhino’s latest version is a comprehensive package with improvements across the board, making it a must-have for 3D designers and developers alike.
